We were lucky to get a room upgrade during our stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. They even tidied our room and left clean cups for us when we went out for a meal. The rooftop spa pool was absolutely fantastic, offering both sea and mountain views, and a lovely relaxation area. And let's not forget the delightful breakfast and the beautiful garden where we enjoyed our meals. This place truly offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

Enjoyed 1 week at this smart and elegant hotel . Extremely clean - all areas including room were spotless and towels changed daily. Everything was done to a high standard , decor, furnishings and food included. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh fruits, yoghurt, cheese /ham, pastries and bread . Decided to try evening meal and ended up eating at the hotel every night. This hotel is to be recommended. Would return to Viscardo as staff were keen to please and hotel is lovely.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the centre of town for fine dining and shopping, but quiet and set in a lovely, lush garden and with a fabulous view of the mountains from the roof terrace. The hotel is small and friendly and the staff were charming and very helpful. Our room was spotless and we were very well cared for.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a fair variety of options and the coffee was decent quality. the hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of several interesting places to explore.
Our stay was far from perfect. The condition of the room was outdated and in dire need of some maintenance.

This hotel is a chique boutique hotel on a quiet street very close to the city center and beach. We stayed in a regular double room, and although not very large, had all the facilities we needed. The hotels offers a roof terrace and excellent view of the mountains and beach. Breakfast is served in a cozy yard. The food was very good and probably the only hotel I have stayed in Italy with a selection of dark breads! We received free parking space right outside the hotel and rented bikes for €12 per day. The staff was very helpful with restaurant and travel recommendations.
The bed was firm but comfortable, but if you are staying more than a couple of days, I highly recommend that you bring your own pillow!

The rooms are well-decorated and spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. the breakfast is varied and delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
The noise level in the hotel can be quite bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

the hotel offered us a great variety of breakfast options, including freshly baked croissants and pancakes. the location was perfect for walking to the beach or exploring the town. We also enjoyed the rooftop spa pool, with excellent mountain views and comfortable seating.
The historic tradition of locals having private beach areas closed off to out-of-towners was not communicated to us. This led to confusion and frustration when trying to buy tickets for the beach.
